Hillsborough, NC — July 27, 2010: Libbie Hough, owner of the Hillsborough, North Carolina-​​based strate­gic mar­ket­ing com­pany Communication Matters has agreed to serve a sec­ond term as a mem­ber of the board of direc­tors of two local non-​​profits — the Mental Health Association in Orange County and the Hillsborough/​ Orange County Chamber of Commerce.

“I’m excited to con­tinue my work with both of these orga­ni­za­tions,” says Hough. “I am pas­sion­ate about the work that each is focused on — the Chamber and its com­mit­ment to eco­nomic devel­op­ment and the MHA with its desire for our com­mu­nity to value men­tal health as much as phys­i­cal health.”

Communication Matters pro­duces cre­ative, effec­tive, and afford­able mar­ket­ing tools and strate­gies for busi­nesses through­out North Carolina. Libbie Hough launched the busi­ness in 2001 and uses a vir­tual busi­ness model to achieve her clients’ strate­gic mar­ket­ing needs.
